Senior Project Manager

* Lead, plan, and manage comercial and industrial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and schedule. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery. * Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents. * Supervise site activities including steel erection, civil foundations, cladding, finishing, and related works. * Monitor project costs, progress, quality, and safety compliance and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. * Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. * Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and GCC regulations. * Mentor and guide project engineers and site teams to achieve project goals. * Minimum 10 years GCC experience in PEB construction, steel structures, and associated civil works. * Strong technical knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection, civil foundations, and finishing works. * Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects in the GCC. * Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project), and budgeting. * Familiarity with international codes and GCC building standards. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Minimum 10 years GCC experience in PEB construction, steel structures, and associated civil works. * Strong technical knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection, civil foundations, and finishing works. * Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects in the GCC. * Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project), and budgeting. * Familiarity with international codes and GCC building standards. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. **Key Competencies** * Leadership & Team Management * Technical Knowledge in PEB & Civil Works * Stakeholder Management * Strategic Planning & Risk Management * Strong Negotiation & Decision-Making Skills * Commitment to Quality, Safety & Sustainability Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
