We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Construction who can take full ownership of project delivery from planning to completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that every project meets regulatory, safety, and performance standards. Key Responsibilities **Project Ownership** Lead full lifecycle construction projects from planning, execution, and delivery to final handover **Team Leadership** Manage engineers, contractors, and site teams while ensuring clear communication and performance alignment **Budget and Cost Control** Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met **Timeline Management** Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones **Compliance and Safety** Ensure all activities comply with Qatar construction regulations and safety standards **Stakeholder Management** Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams while providing regular updates and resolving issues What We Are Looking For **Experience** 8 to 12 years of experience in construction project management with at least 2 to 3 years in a senior or leadership role **Education** Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field **Technical Knowledge** Strong understanding of construction processes, project planning, and regulatory requirements in Qatar **Leadership Skills** Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver complex projects successfully **Communication Skills** Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities **Mindset** You are results driven, detail oriented, and capable of making decisions under pressure while maintaining project quality Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR24,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
