Senior Structural Designer

* Lead the structural design and analysis of buildings and infrastructure involving reinforced concrete and structural steel systems. * Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings and specifications. * Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP, and contractors. * Provide technical oversight during construction, including reviewing shop drawings and addressing site queries (RFIs). * Conduct site inspections and structural assessments when needed. * Mentor and supervise junior engineers and draftspersons. * Ensure quality control and consistency across all structural deliverables. * Prepare technical reports and participate in project presentations when necessary. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred). * G+1 Steel/ G+1 demolition DM accreditation preffered * Minimum of 5 + years of experience in structural design and engineering. * Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects. **Skills and Competencies:** * Proficient in structural design and analysis software * Strong knowledge of material behavior, structural detailing and construction techniques in concrete and steel. * Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Strong written and verbal communication. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
