We are looking for a Senior Structural Steel Engineer who can take ownership of structural design and engineering execution across multiple high value projects. You will work closely with fabrication teams, project managers, and site engineers to deliver practical and buildable solutions. You will be part of a team that prioritizes quality and accountability on every project. **Modern Tools:** We utilize industry standard engineering software including AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, and structural analysis tools to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery. **Growth:** You will have opportunities to work on large scale industrial and infrastructure projects, gaining exposure to complex steel structures and advanced engineering challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** **Structural Design Ownership:** Develop and review structural steel designs, calculations, and shop drawings for industrial and construction projects. **End to End Engineering:** Manage the process from initial design and load calculations through fabrication support and site execution. **Technical Leadership:** Guide junior engineers and drafters. Review drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications and standards. **Quality and Compliance:** Ensure all designs meet international codes and UAE regulations. Coordinate with QA QC teams during fabrication and installation. **Project Coordination:** Work closely with project managers, clients, and site teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure timely delivery. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** 6+ years in structural steel engineering with experience in industrial or infrastructure projects **Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of structural analysis, steel design, and fabrication processes Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, and structural design software **Education:** Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering **Standards Knowledge:** Familiarity with international codes such as AISC, BS, or Eurocodes **Mindset:** You are detail oriented and practical.
