**Role Summary**
The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer should provide facility support in the development, maintenance, improvement, and management of the QMS, and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements related to supplied materials. He should be responsible for driving Supplier Quality Improvements, working directly with suppliers on Supplier/Process Approvals (Audit), Part Qualification (Flowserve Part Approval Process) [FPAP] and Non-Conforming Report (NCR) Resolution to include Containment, Root Cause, Corrective and Preventative Action. Identify trends within accountable Supplier population and were deemed appropriate, engage central Supplier Development Team for further detailed supplier improvement support activity. The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer should execute the supporting activities of measuring and improving products quality and business processes. The right candidate should have direct experience in Pump's OEM industry and should have Supplier QMS auditing experience and data analysis skills. The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer reports directly to the Quality Manager
**Your Role:**
* Partner with Divisional & Global Quality & Supply Chain to analyze data on supplier performance and identify areas of focus.
* Lead the deployment of problem solving and improvement plans with site suppliers.
* Lead process and product audits to suppliers to verify compliance on Flowserve expectations.
* Facilitate and/or lead PPAP programs as dictated by procurement strategy (preventive) or quality performance (corrective).
* Support the update and maintenance of different Flowserve platforms: AVL, Assessment documentation, SCAR and CAPA registers.
* Work with a proactive approach with Site Supply Chain to assure Supplier KPIs compliance and reporting (Non-conformances, Rework, Scrap, First Pass Yield, Escapes, Warranties, Corrective Actions).
* Foster Continuous Improvement culture by leading projects associated with suppliers Cost of Poor Quality.
* Assure safety rules are followed as a moral authority in the suppliers’ facilities.
* Support maintaining all Quality certifications for the business (ISO 9001:2015, others site specific) as well as external audits (customer or third party).
* Review All Technical and Quality requirements as per Material Requisition (MR) during bidding and post-bidding stages.
* Responsible for Quality requirements realization and transfer them from Customer to Procurement process.
* Ensure all quality requirements are properly reviewed and embedded in Procurement processes.
* Review all Purchase Order (PO’s) with all technical information from material Requisition prior PO issuance.
* Participate in Project Pass-Gates 1, 2, 3 &4 and present quality risks if any.
* Review and confirm the Vendors and Manufacturers approval status prior PO placement.
* Coordination between the Vendors, Manufacturers, Third Party Inspector (TPI) and Client for Pre-inspection Meeting (PIM).
* Attending the PIM & KOM with the Vendors/ Suppliers to discuss all quality requirements and procurement issues as well as required documentation.
* Participate in reviewing the NMR 601 documents when advised by Quality Manager.
* Review all Supplier’s Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and applicable Procedures (NDT, Welding, Painting, hydro test, etc..) prior submission to customers for further approval.
* Review of Material Test certificate (MTC) as necessary ahead of shipment when advised by Quality Manager

**Your Profile:**
* B.Sc. in Engineering field (manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical).
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance preferably in Pump's OEM and/or manufacturing environment.
* Must be certified internal/Lead Auditor 9001:2015.
* Must have experience in project’s Engineering and procurement cycle.
* Must possess knowledge in Saudi Aramco Standards Requirements. Approved Aramco Procurement Quality supervisor is highly preferred.
* Overall knowledge of API, ASME (Section II, V, VIII, IX) standards.
* Skilled in Team Oriented Problem Solving & Corrective Action management (8D, A3).
* Prior experience leading APQP, PPAP, FAI, GD&T, Control Plan (Core Tools)
* Proficient in corrective action request management, RCA and CAPA tools.
* Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
* Possess Knowledge of welding and NDE.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* English bilingual, business conversation.
* Must be able to travel both domestically and international 50% of time.
* Outgoing proactive mindset and strong collaborative and communication skills.
**Preferred Qualification/Skills**
* Knowledge of the established quality standards, laws, and regulations of national and international authorities.
