Site Civil Engineer

**A Landscape Company is searching for an active special Civil Site Engineer to join its team.** - full time - immediate joining **The Job Description:** * Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner * Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other) * Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications * Direct and oversee the workflow, materials, and equipment on site, coordinating with construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Implement quality control measures, inspect work to ensure adherence to design specifications, and enforce safety regulations and environmental standards on site. * Assess potential risks, materials and costs * Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies * Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders * Handle over the resulting structures and services for use * Monitor progress and compile reports in project status * Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials * Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required. **Required Skills & Qualifications** * Must hold a valid **G+4 Dubai Municipality (DM) Certification** * University Degree in engineering, construction, or similar field * Strong knowledge of **Dubai Municipality regulations and project execution standards** * Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar roles. * Fluent in English * A team player with proven ability to work under Pressure and to meet deadlines. * Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar. * Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc Relevant candidates to share CVs with **[email protected]** Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
