Site Engineer

* Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site * Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers * Review technical drawings and provide guidance to workers * Monitor project progress and prepare reports * Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control * Manage materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently * Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions * Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety policies * Maintain proper documentation (daily reports, site logs, etc.) * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Proven experience in construction or site supervision (usually 3–5+ years) * Strong understanding of construction methods and materials * Knowledge of engineering software ( AutoCAD, MS Project) * Familiarity with health and safety standards Work Location: In person
