Site Engineer

**Job Title: Site Engineer** **Job Summary:** **A Site Engineer is responsible for managing construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and safety standards. They act as a link between design teams, contractors, and project managers.** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site** * **Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications** * **Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors** * **Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports** * **Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met** * **Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies** * **Manage materials, equipment, and workforce efficiently** * **Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site** * **Liaise with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders** * **Maintain proper documentation (drawings, reports, permits, etc.)** **Qualifications & Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field** * **2–5+ years of experience in construction/site engineering (varies by role level)** * **Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations** * **Ability to read and interpret technical drawings** * **Good communication and problem-solving skills** * **Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software is a plus** Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Notice Period * Must have G+30 Floors Project works in high rise Experience: * Site Engineer in UAE : 5 years (Required) License/Certification: * Yes / No (Preferred) Work Location: In person
