Site Engineer

**Job Summary:** The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. They coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site * Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project plans * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers * Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues * Manage materials, manpower, and equipment efficiently * Liaise with consultants, architects, and project managers * Ensure quality control and proper documentation of work * Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations * Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office) * Good communication and problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 months Experience: * Bridge and Construction: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
