**Company:** Landship Engineering & Construction LLC **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Job Type:** Full-time **Open Positions:** 2 * **1 Civil Site Engineer** * **1 Structural Site Engineer** **Job Overview** Landship Engineering & Construction LLC is hiring **two Site Engineers** for ongoing **warehouse, commercial, and industrial construction projects** in Abu Dhabi. **We are looking for:** * **1 Civil Site Engineer** with strong experience in general civil works, finishing, and site execution * **1 Structural Site Engineer** with expertise in structural works, RCC, steel structures, foundations, and load-bearing elements The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, ensuring work quality, and delivering projects as per drawings, specifications, and schedule. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor **day-to-day site execution activities** * Ensure works are carried out as per **approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule** * Coordinate with **project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers** * Conduct regular **site inspections and progress monitoring** * Ensure compliance with **QA/QC, HSE, and local authority regulations** * Review **shop drawings, method statements, and BOQs** * Coordinate material requirements and site resources * Monitor workforce productivity and site progress * Prepare **daily progress reports, site updates, and work completion records** * Identify and resolve **technical and execution-related issues** * Ensure timely completion of project milestones * Assist in quantity verification and site measurements **Role-Specific Requirements:** *Civil Site Engineer* * Experience in **civil works, block work, plastering, concrete works, paving, finishing, and infrastructure works** * Knowledge of **site coordination, material planning, and subcontractor supervision** * Experience in **commercial, warehouse, and industrial projects** *Structural Site Engineer* * Strong experience in **RCC works, foundations, steel structures, formwork, rebar inspection, and structural execution** * Ability to interpret **structural drawings, reinforcement details, and load calculations** * Experience in **industrial sheds, warehouse steel structures, and commercial building frameworks** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering** * Minimum 2**–4 years of UAE experience** in site engineering * Proven experience in **warehouse, industrial, or commercial construction projects** * Strong knowledge of **construction methods, materials, and safety standards** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting** * Excellent coordination and communication skills * Experience in **Abu Dhabi / UAE projects** preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your Salary Expectation?
