Site Engineer

**Position Overview** We are seeking a **qualified and experienced Site/Civil Engineer** to join our team in **Ras Al Khaimah (RAK)**. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil construction projects, strong site supervision capabilities, and a solid understanding of UAE construction standards. A **valid UAE driving license** is mandatory for this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee day‑to‑day site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials. * Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients. * Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for site operations. * Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents. * Identify and resolve technical issues on-site in coordination with the project manager and design team. * Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and obtain necessary approvals when required. * Attend site meetings and provide technical input to support project execution. * Travel between project locations within RAK and other emirates as needed (UAE driving license required). **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum **3–7 years** of experience in civil/site engineering within the UAE (RAK experience preferred). * Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, authority requirements, and industry best practices. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. * Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. * **Valid UAE driving license** is mandatory. **Preferred Skills** * Experience in infrastructure, roads, utilities, or building construction projects. * Familiarity with RAK Municipality and FEWA procedures. * Strong leadership and team‑management abilities. * Knowledge of HSE standards and site safety protocols. **Employment Details** * **Location:** Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), UAE * **Job Type:** Full‑time * **Availability:** Immediate joiners preferred * **Salary:** Competitive, based on experience Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
