Site Engineer

Job Purpose To supervise and execute site activities in line with project drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines, while ensuring proper coordination between site team, subcontractors, and management. Key Responsibilities * Supervise day-to-day site execution activities. * Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications. * Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and suppliers for smooth site operations. * Monitor site progress and report updates to Project Manager. * Verify materials, manpower, and tools availability at site. * Ensure work quality, safety, and productivity standards are maintained. * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. * Raise material requests and coordinate with procurement/store as needed. * Prepare daily progress reports and site records. * Coordinate with QA/QC and consultants for inspections and approvals. Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience * Minimum **3–5 years** of UAE/GCC experience in construction/contracting. * Experience in structural, civil, or finishing works preferred. Skills Required * Strong site execution knowledge. * Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities. * Good leadership and supervision skills. * Good communication and reporting skills. * Ability to join immediately is highly preferred.
