Site Engineer (EIFS)

**Site Engineer for EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems)** with **3D Max,** **Revit, Rhino,** and **AutoCAD** knowledge is responsible for creating, managing, and integrating detailed 3D BIM models and 2D technical drawings for EIFS projects, collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate design and implementation, resolving design issues, conducting quality control, and supporting project documentation and reporting using these software tools. **Key Responsibilities** * BIM Modeling and Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for EIFS systems using Revit, producing technical drawings, shop drawings, and 3D visualizations using tools like AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Rhino. * Design Integration and Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure EIFS components are accurately integrated into the overall building model and resolve design-related issues and conflicts. * Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and quality checks on BIM models and drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and project specifications. * Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise on EIFS systems and BIM workflows to project teams and support junior members in the use of BIM software. * Project Support: Assist with creating and updating project reports, including material take-offs and project timelines, and manage the documentation and accessibility of project information. * Software Management: Stay current with the latest versions and best practices of BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Rhino, and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * **Technical Proficiency:** Expert skills in 3D Max, Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD for modeling, design, and visualization. * **Industry Knowledge:** Specific knowledge of EIFS systems and their integration into building projects. * **BIM Fundamentals:** Understanding of BIM processes, standards, and workflows. * **Design and Construction:** Experience in architectural design, project management, and the construction lifecycle. * **Soft Skills:** Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, problem-solving, and initiative are essential for success in this role. * **Civil Engineer/Architect bachelor degree** * **2 years of Experience in similar role.** Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
