Site Engineer – Fit Out (Gypsum)

* **Job Summary:** The Site Engineer – Fit Out will be responsible for managing and supervising on-site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion according to project specifications and client requirements. **Responsibilies:** * Supervise day-to-day site activities for fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, and MEP coordination. * Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure accurate execution. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues. * Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and local construction codes (e.g., UAE Civil Defense, DCD, Dubai Municipality). * Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and documentation of site activities. * Assist in quantity take-offs, material approvals, and procurement coordination. * Conduct site inspections and quality checks, ensuring works meet design specifications. * Support project managers in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation. **Qualifications & Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out projects, preferably in Construction Companies-UAE. * Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes, and construction techniques. * Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (Primavera / MS Project preferred). * Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations, and safety standards. * **Must hold a valid UAE driving license.** **Benefits:** * Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. * Comprehensive health insurance for employee and family. * Annual performance bonuses or project-based incentives. * Paid annual leave according to UAE labor law. * Continuous professional development and training opportunities. * Professional and growth-oriented work environment with promotion opportunities.
