Gender: Male Age: Between 25-30 years old Nationality: Any **Qualifications** * Knowledge of all mechanical engineering concepts * Knowledge of the construction principles, process, method and equipment related to mechanical (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, irrigation) * Knowledge of building construction processes and phases **Job Description** * Supervise and execute mechanical work related to HVAC, plumbing, firefighting & irrigation systems according to the instructions of the Project/Department Manager and as per the approved design, plan and schedule. * Coordinate site works with electrical, civil and other fields. * Prepare weekly progress report as required by Construction Manager and report any site problems accordingly and recommend possible solutions. **Standard Package** Basic Salary: To be discussed Accommodation: Cash allowance Transportation: Cash allowance
