تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Title: Sales Executive – Bakery. Department: Sales and Marketing. Location: Dubai. Number of vacancies: Two. Job Purpose: The Sales Executive – Bakery is responsible for promoting and selling bakery products, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets, while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Promote and sell bakery products to customers, including retail, corporate, and wholesale clients. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. * Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets. * Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and promotions to attract customers. * Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely supply and availability of products. * Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. * Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and inventory levels. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. * Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management for strategy improvement. * Support marketing campaigns, events, and in-store promotions. Qualifications and Requirements: * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred. * Minimum three years of experience in sales, preferably in bakery, food, or FMCG products. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor. * Knowledge of bakery products and trends is an advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting. * Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. * Willingness to travel locally for client visits and promotions.
