Site Manager

**Company & Position Overview:** We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team at Kaprel Partitions LLC, a leading internal glazing company based in Dubai. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Site Manager. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations at assigned project locations, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and budgets are strictly adhered to. Responsibilities include managing on-site teams, coordinating materials and resources, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve any issues. The Site Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless project execution while maintaining communication with both internal teams and clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day‑to‑day site activities technicians/glass installers to ensure the completion of project on time * Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow continuity. * Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials for each discipline. * Conduct site measurements, verify dimensions, and ensure accuracy before fabrication or installation. * Liaise with consultants, clients, and main contractors for inspections, approvals, and progress updates. * Communicate site requirements, constraints, and progress to stakeholders * Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports. * Track material deliveries, site inventory, and installation progress. **Qualifications & Experience** * Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in site management across glass, fit‑out, and joinery works. * Strong knowledge of Glass types, hardware, and installation systems * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Proficient in MS Office, and basic project management software * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. * A valid UAE Driving license is a must.
