Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment. **Job Description** **Job Title:** Site Manager **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Project Type:** Large-Scale Thermal Power Plant Project Job Description The Site Manager will lead the site supervision team and act as the senior on-site representative for the project. The role will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary site activities, monitoring construction progress, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and supporting safe and timely delivery of the works. Key Responsibilities * Lead all site supervision activities across civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines * Serve as the main site focal point for project execution and coordination * Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications * Ensure implementation of HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture on site * Coordinate with the client, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on technical and execution matters * Review site reports, construction updates, inspection findings, and progress status * Support resolution of technical issues, non-conformities, and interface matters * Ensure works are executed in line with project schedule, quality standards, and contractual requirements * Supervise and guide the multidisciplinary site team to maintain efficient execution and reporting **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field * Minimum 15 years of experience in power plant or major industrial construction projects * Strong experience in thermal power plant projects, preferably CCGT * Proven track record in site management, construction supervision, and stakeholder coordination * Strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills * Familiarity with international standards, QA/QC processes, and HSE requirements Preferred Profile * Prior Middle East project experience * Experience managing multidisciplinary supervision teams on large EPC or owner’s engineer assignments * Strong understanding of gas turbine power plant construction environments **Additional Information** **Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted**
