We focus on precision, durability, and timely execution. **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – GRC to oversee daily site operations, manage workforce, and ensure proper installation of GRC elements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GRC works and strong site coordination skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily GRC installation activities on site * Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications * Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors * Manage and monitor site labor and productivity * Ensure proper handling, installation, and finishing of GRC elements * Maintain quality standards and resolve site-related issues * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols * Track project progress and report updates to management * Coordinate material delivery and site requirements **Requirements:** * 2–5 years of experience in GRC / construction site supervision * Strong knowledge of GRC installation, fixing, and finishing * Ability to read and understand technical drawings * Good leadership and team management skills * Strong communication and coordination abilities * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in façade, precast, or architectural elements * Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety practices * Basic understanding of site documentation and reporting * UAE experience preferred **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package (based on experience) * Opportunity to work on high-quality construction projects * Stable and professional work environment * Career growth within a growing company **Work Location:** Umm Al Quwain (Candidates willing to relocate or commute preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
