**Job Title: Site Supervisor – Aluminum & Façade** **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Industry:** Aluminum / Façade / Construction **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Site Supervisor – Aluminum & Façade** to oversee on-site installation activities and ensure the successful execution of façade projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards while coordinating with project teams to ensure timely delivery. The role requires strong hands-on experience in **curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and aluminum façade systems** within the construction industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily site activities for aluminum and façade installation works. * Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations. * Monitor material usage, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization on site. * Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or execution issues promptly. * Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to management. * Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in line with project schedules. **Requirements** * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in aluminum and façade site supervision. * Strong technical knowledge of: * Curtain wall systems * Cladding systems * Structural glazing * Aluminum windows and doors * Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings. * Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills. * Good communication and problem-solving abilities. * UAE experience is preferred. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. **Benefits** * Competitive Salary Package * Visa & Medical Insurance * Annual Leave as per UAE Labour Law * Career Growth Opportunities Job Type: Permanent Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
