Site Supervisor

**Job Purpose** The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and management to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage site operations on a day-to-day basis. * Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. * Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of workers and subcontractors. * Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders. * Inspect materials delivered to the site to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report site status to management. * Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines at all times. * Prepare and maintain site records, daily progress reports, and attendance. * Manage tools, equipment, and resources efficiently to avoid delays or wastage. * Handle on-site problems, emergencies, or delays promptly and effectively. **Qualifications & Requirements** * Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (as per project scope). * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in [construction/MEP/fit-out/maintenance/etc.]. * Strong knowledge of site management, construction methods, and safety procedures. * Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical documents. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation. * Flexibility to work extended hours and on multiple project sites. **Skills & Competencies** * Strong team supervision and coordination abilities. * Knowledge of quality standards and safety practices. * Good time management and organizational skills. * Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts. * Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
