As we expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented **Software QA Tester** to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of performance and usability. Role Overview The **Software QA Tester** will be responsible for testing applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring software quality before release. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with developers and project teams. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. * Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. * Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools. * Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and improve product quality. * Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices. * Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and overall user experience. * Support automation testing initiatives where applicable. * Prepare detailed reports on testing outcomes and recommendations. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. * Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. * Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.) is a plus. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
