The Staffing Manager will lead the division’s operations and drive business growth by securing new projects, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the timely deployment of qualified personnel. This role requires a balance of operational oversight and business development expertise to meet client demands and achieve revenue targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients to understand workforce requirements.
* Oversee the sourcing, selection, and placement of manpower for ongoing and upcoming projects.
* Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms.
* Ensure timely mobilization of personnel to client sites.
* Collaborate with recruitment teams to maintain a ready pool of skilled candidates.
* Monitor project performance and promptly address client concerns.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide sales strategies.
* Achieve division revenue goals and ensure profitability.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and company policies.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years’ experience in manpower supply, workforce solutions, or related industries.
* Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
* Strong understanding of manpower deployment processes.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Valid UAE driving license preferred.
