Sr. Electrical Project Engineer

Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Engineer Experience: Minimum 12-15 years in MEP field (High Rise Building) Job Description: We are searching for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer with expertise in electrical systems for high-rise construction. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to manage projects, possess in-depth knowledge of MEP systems, and lead a team to ensure the successful delivery of MEP construction project. Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation of Electrics systems for high-rise construction projects. Provide clear technical guidance to the construction team, ensuring designs and drawings align with project requirements. · Provide technical guidance to project teams and collaborate with stakeholders. · Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications. · Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team. · Perform a comprehensive review of project scope, client requirements, BOQ, project milestones, and specifications from bid documents. · Initiate material inquiries with relevant suppliers and evaluate proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements. · Obtain material submittals from selected suppliers and prepare them in accordance with project specifications. · Provide clear technical guidance to the construction team, ensuring designs and drawings align with project requirements. · Identify and address conflicts and discrepancies within the project, communicating effectively with the project team. · Execute additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager. Skills · Technically sound on applicable codes, standards, and regulations. · Ability to conduct mechanical analysis and calculations. · Ability to meet work schedules and deadlines. · Skills in feasibility study, Procurement, Estimation project controls, cost estimates, quantity take offs, and manpower requirements for proposals, forecast, and change orders. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. · Minimum of 15 years of experience in MEP field with high-rise experience. · Comprehensive knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting, low current systems, and fire alarm systems. · Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
