Sr. Marketing Manager

Job description: **Experience** - 8+ years **Education** - Bachelor`s in Marketing **Experience in Europe/ US / UK is preferred** **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines * Drive showroom footfall through targeted campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities * Lead marketing support for product launches and new collections, including planning and execution of go-to-market strategies * Manage digital marketing activities including social media, paid campaigns, and online promotions with performance tracking and optimization * Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels and marketing materials * Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to improve marketing effectiveness * Collaborate with sales, design, and operations teams to support business goals and revenue growth * Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets efficiently * Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to ensure strong performance and productivity **Requirements** * Strong experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution * Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously * Good understanding of digital marketing and brand management * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Leadership experience in managing teams and external partners * Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment * Strong analytical and decision-making skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person Work Location: In person
