Sr. Mechanical Draughtsman

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Draughtsman with experience in the Water Treatment industry to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed drawings and layouts for water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, and related infrastructure projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software based on engineering inputs. * Interpret and incorporate design changes, redlines, and markups from engineers. * Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and local codes. * Coordinate with civil, structural, and process teams to ensure clash-free designs. * Maintain drawing documentation and revision control. * Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation for project handover. * Support site teams with drawing clarifications and updates as needed. **Qualifications:** * Graduation in Mechanical or Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering. * Above 8 years of experience as an Mechanical Draughtsman, preferably in the water treatment or infrastructure sector. * Candidate must have experience working in STP plants * Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, or BIM tools is a plus. * Strong understanding of MEP systems in water and wastewater treatment facilities. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Good communication and coordination skills. **Preferred Skills:** * Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ASME, NFPA, IEC). * AutoCAD 2D * Good to have 3D modeling and clash detection. * Experience in P&IDs and process flow diagrams.
