Sr. QC Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Working closely with development and product teams, the Sr. QC Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation efforts. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements. * Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and issues. * Analyze and report defects clearly, collaborating with developers to facilitate timely resolution. * Participate in review meetings and provide inputs on quality improvements. * Contribute to the design and implementation of automated test scripts and frameworks. * Ensure consistency in test documentation and adherence to quality standards. * Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team. * Work within Agile development environments to support iterative testing and delivery. **Requirements** **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years in software quality assurance, preferably in a senior role. **Technical Skills**: * Strong expertise in software testing methodologies, both manual and automated. * Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. * Experience with defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail. * Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. * Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus. **Soft Skills**: * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and collaboration abilities. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. * Ability to mentor and guide junior team members. **Certifications** (Preferred): ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification in software testing. **Benefits** * Private Health Insurance * Training & Development
