Structural BIM Engineer

We are currently seeking Structural BIM Engineer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. **Qualifications and Experience:** **Total Years of Experience:** 7 – 12years (Minimum 4–8 years relevant experience, 3 years in UAE/ Abu Dhabi) **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering. **Any Additional Certificates/Trainings/ Memberships Required or Preferred :** Preferred to be licensed by Abu Dhabi Municipality. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Lead the structural design and analysis of projects in compliance with applicable codes and standards. * Prepare and review structural calculations, reports, drawings, and specifications. * Demonstrate strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD, etc.), with the ability to perform accurate modeling, analysis, and interpretation of results. * Develop and manage structural models using BIM tools, including Revit. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, MEP, and civil) through BIM platforms. * Review and validate BIM models to ensure accuracy, clash-free integration, and alignment with design intent. * Oversee the production of detailed drawings and ensure consistency between BIM models and issued documents. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and BIM modelers. * Attend coordination meetings and support project planning and delivery. * Review shop drawings, material submittals, and respond to RFIs. * Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements. * Liaise with authorities and ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations. **Additional Responsibilities**: * Familiar with the following code : * ADIBC Abu Dhabi International Building Code 2013 * ASCE 7-22 Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and other Structures * ACI 318M-25 Building code requirements for structural Concrete.AISC 360-22 Specification for structural steel buildings.
