Structural Engineer

**Position: Structural Engineer / Draftsman** **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the glass and aluminum industry within the GCC region. * Proven experience in structural design, shop drawings, and AutoCAD drafting. * License: Valid UAE driving license. (Preffered) **Key Responsibilities:** * **Structural Design & Drafting:** Prepare and review structural calculations, shop drawings, and detailed AutoCAD drawings for glass and aluminum systems. * **Project Coordination:** Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and consultants to ensure drawings and designs are aligned with project requirements. * **Technical Support:** Provide technical guidance on structural aspects of glazing, aluminum systems, and related civil works. * **Site Support:** Assist site team with design clarifications, modifications, and as-built drawings when required. * **Compliance & Standards:** Ensure all designs and drawings comply with UAE regulations, project specifications, and industry standards. * **Review & Approval:** Liaise with consultants and clients for drawing submissions, approvals, and revisions. * **Reporting:** Prepare technical reports, design calculations, and documentation for management and client review. **Skills Required:** * Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles related to glass and aluminum systems. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of other design software is an advantage. * Ability to prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and coordination abilities. * Good understanding of site execution and installation processes. **Application Instructions:** Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to send their CV along with a cover letter. — [email protected] — 971 58 661 5799 Join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality glass and aluminum projects across the UAE and GCC region!
