We focus on delivering personalized service in a professional, welcoming environment where every client feels supported. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site role for a Studio Sales Manager at our Dubai location. The Studio Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the studio’s sales operations, including recruiting and mentoring a sales team, implementing strategies to meet sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role also involves analyzing sales data, managing budgets, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote our services effectively. A focus on delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive, results-driven atmosphere is essential. **Qualifications** * Proven expertise in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development * Leadership and team management skills, including training, mentoring, and motivating sales teams * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented mindset * Understanding of the fitness, wellness, or health-related industries is a plus * Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
