Parkside Technical Services is seeking an experienced, hands-on Supervisor to lead day-to-day technical operations across our maintenance and automation service division. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and organised leader who can manage client relationships, coordinate field teams, oversee job scheduling, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. This role is central to the smooth running of our business and requires someone who is proactive, presentable, and deeply familiar with the UAE technical services landscape. **Job Management** * Receive, log, and manage all incoming service requests and maintenance jobs * Prioritise and schedule jobs based on urgency, resource availability, and client SLAs * Maintain an up-to-date job tracker and ensure zero missed or delayed assignments * Liaise with clients to confirm job scope, site access, and completion timelines **2. Quotations & Invoicing** * Prepare accurate, professional quotations for all service requests in a timely manner * Coordinate with procurement and technical teams to ensure correct material and labour costing * Generate and issue invoices upon job completion; follow up on outstanding payments as needed * Maintain organised records of all quotes, POs, and invoices using company systems **3. Team Supervision & Resource Allocation** * Supervise and guide a team of technicians and field staff on a daily basis * Allocate manpower and equipment to jobs based on skill sets, availability, and project requirements * Conduct daily briefings, monitor field performance, and address any on-site issues promptly * Provide mentoring and on-the-job training to junior team members * Ensure team compliance with health, safety, and company operational standards **4. Customer Satisfaction & Client Relations** * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the service lifecycle * Proactively communicate job updates, delays, and completion confirmations to clients * Handle client feedback and complaints professionally and resolve issues to the client's satisfaction * Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure quality and build long-term client relationships **5. Automation & Technical Understanding** * Demonstrate working knowledge of building automation, BMS, HVAC controls, or similar systems * Understand automation-based maintenance workflows and support technical problem-solving on site * Liaise with automation engineers and vendors for scoping, commissioning, and fault resolution essential ; **Essential Requirements** * UAE driving licence (mandatory) * Minimum 5 years UAE experience in a technical maintenance company * Fluency in Hindi (spoken & written) * Strong English communication skills — spoken and written * Age 30 years and above * Presentable, professional appearance and demeanour * Understanding of automation systems and technical maintenance processes * Experience preparing quotations and invoices * Proven team leadership and supervision experience **Preferred / Advantageous** * Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field * Familiarity with BMS, HVAC, MEP, or ELV systems * Arabic communication skills (basic or conversational) * Experience with job management or FM software (e.g., Maximo, SAP, ServiceMax) * NEBOSH / IOSH or UAE-relevant HSE certification Established network within the UAE construction and facilities sector **WHAT WE OFFER** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Company vehicle or transportation allowance provided * Medical insurance as per UAE law * Annual leave and public holidays as per UAE Labour Law * Career growth opportunities within a growing technical services organisation * Dynamic, team-oriented work environment with real responsibility from day one Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
