**Job Title: Supervisor – Architectural Metal Works (With UAE Driving License)** **Location:** Dubai, United Arab Emirates **Industry:** Architectural Metal | Steel Fabrication | Construction **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Supervisor – Architectural Metal Works** to oversee site execution of architectural metal projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metal fabrication and installation, along with a valid UAE driving license to manage site mobility and coordination. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise installation of architectural metal works such as **stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum structures, handrails, balustrades, and decorative metal elements** * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for smooth execution * Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines * Monitor workforce productivity and maintain discipline on-site * Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies * Arrange materials, tools, and equipment required at site * Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors when required * Provide daily progress reports to management **Requirements** * Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Fabrication or related field * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in architectural metal or steel works * Strong knowledge of fabrication and installation techniques * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Valid **UAE Driving License (Mandatory)** * Good communication and team management skills * Ability to handle multiple sites and deadlines **Preferred Skills** * Experience in **fit-out or façade-related metal works** * Knowledge of site safety standards in UAE * Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting) **Benefits** Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
