Surveyor (Mapping & Area Survey)

**Job Summary:** The Surveyor is responsible for conducting land and site surveys to collect accurate geographical data for map creation, project planning, and Environmental, Agricultural and construction activities. The role involves using modern surveying equipment and software to determine precise locations, boundaries, plans, and features of land areas. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct land and topographic surveys for mapping and project planning * Areas, Land and Tidal Survey especially at Beaches * Measure distances, elevations, angles, and boundaries using surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Level) * Prepare accurate maps, plans, and reports based on survey data * Camera clicks and Videography is must for core report systems * Perform site location surveys and mark reference points for Environmental, Agricultural and construction projects * Verify and establish property boundaries and coordinates * Use surveying software (AutoCAD, GIS tools) to process and present data * Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams * Ensure all survey work complies with project specifications and legal requirements * Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment * Prepare survey documentation and submit reports on time * Identify discrepancies in site data and provide recommendations **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Diploma or Degree in Surveying Environmental/ Agriculture/Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in land surveying or mapping * Proficiency in using Total Station, GPS, and levelling instruments * Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and survey data processing software * Familiarity with local land survey regulations (UAE experience preferred) * Strong mathematical and analytical skills * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maps * Good communication and teamwork skills **Skills & Competencies:** * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Problem-solving and analytical thinking * Time management and ability to meet deadlines * Strong technical and fieldwork skills * Ability to work under challenging site conditions **Working Conditions:** * Combination of fieldwork and office-based tasks * Outdoor work in varying weather conditions * May require travel to different project sites * Flexible working hours depending on project needs Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
