Team Lead Project Interface- Offshore

Penspen is urgently looking for Team Lead Project Interface to work with one of the ADNOC Offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi. **Key Responsibilities** * Leading the engineering execution of complex offshore facilities—such as **Gas compression system, Water Treatment and Disposal System, Substations and associated brownfield/greenfield scopes** * Lead and coordinate all engineering disciplines (mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation, subsea, etc.) * Ensure engineering deliverables meet project specifications, offshore standards, and regulatory requirements. * Oversee engineering execution during FEED and EPC phases * Ensure technical integrity of offshore facilities, including topsides, jackets, subsea systems, and pipelines. * Monitor engineering progress, identify deviations, and implement recovery actions. * Manage interfaces between engineering, procurement, fabrication yards, marine teams, and offshore construction * Support offshore construction planning, installation engineering, and readiness reviews. * Lead a team of project engineers and discipline engineers * Prepare engineering status reports, dashboards, and KPIs **Requirements** * Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical or Relevant discipline * Minimum 15–20+ years in oil & gas, with 5+ years in offshore mega projects. * Minimum 5–10+ years in Offshore projects is mandatory. * Experience in the large oil and gas FEED/EPC offshore project. * Previous experience in the ADNOC offshore project is an added advantage. * Experience from PMC Background preferred #LI-JM1
