**Tech Lead – Mobile & Backend** We are looking for a talented Tech Lead to join our team and take ownership of our mobile and backend systems. You will design the technical foundation of our products, lead a team of developers, and work closely with designers to build great user experiences. **Responsibilities** * Design and build scalable mobile and backend systems * Lead and mentor a team of developers day to day * Make key technical decisions and explore new tools and technologies * Work closely with product and design teams to bring ideas to life * Review code and make sure the team follows best practices * Manage CI/CD pipelines and handle deployments * Spot and fix technical issues before they become problems **Requirements** * 5+ years in software development with at least 2 years as a tech lead or senior full-stack engineer * Strong experience in mobile development (Flutter, Swift iOS and Kotlin Android) * Solid backend experience (Node.js, Typescript, Supabase) * Strong headless CMS experience (Directus and Contentful) * Good experience with building internal tools (Retool) * Experience with Next.js and deploying on Vercel * Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices * Comfortable with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) * Good understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices * Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team * Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote
