**Job Title: Technical Engineer (Draftsman)** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-time / Contract **Industry:** Construction / Engineering **Job Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Engineer (Draftsman) to prepare accurate technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and architects. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills, proficiency in CAD software, and a solid understanding of engineering principles. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks). * Interpret and translate engineering designs, sketches, and specifications into accurate drawings. * Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. * Revise drawings based on feedback, site conditions, or design changes. * Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines. * Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions. * Assist in site measurements and data collection when required. * Support project documentation and technical submissions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field. * Proven experience as a draftsman or technical engineer. * Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, or similar tools. * Strong understanding of engineering drawings, symbols, and standards. * Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in [specific field: civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.]. * Familiarity with BIM processes and tools. * Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations. * Previous experience working on large-scale projects. **Skills** * Technical drawing and drafting * Problem-solving * Time management * Analytical thinking * Communication skills Job Type: Full-time Experience: * TECHNICAL ENGINEER (DRAFTSMAN): 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
