Tender/Proposal Engineer

**Position:** Tender/Proposal Engineer **Location:** Qatar **Department:** Estimation / Business Development **Reporting To:** Tender Manager / Commercial Manager **Salary:** QAR 13,000 – 15,000 (Full Package) **Job Purpose** We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender / Proposal Engineer to manage the preparation and submission of high-quality technical and commercial proposals for infrastructure and tunnelling projects. The role requires ensuring full compliance with client specifications and internal standards while meeting strict deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** * Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs thoroughly * Prepare and submit complete technical and commercial proposals within deadlines * Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather required inputs * Support cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and pricing strategies * Develop method statements, technical proposals, and execution plans * Identify project risks, assumptions, and critical requirements within tender documents * Assist in the preparation of prequalification submissions and Expressions of Interest (EOI) * Maintain accurate documentation and version control for all tender submissions * Address client queries and provide support during post-tender clarifications and negotiations **Experience Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in tendering and proposal preparation * Hands-on experience in infrastructure and tunnelling projects within Qatar * Exposure to major civil, utilities, or underground works projects is preferred **Education** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline **Skills & Competencies** * Strong knowledge of BOQs, construction drawings, and technical specifications * Good understanding of infrastructure, utilities, and tunnelling works * Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines * Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tendering/estimation software **How to Apply** If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please share your updated CV to: **[email protected]** Job Type: Full-time Pay: QAR13,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
