This role contributes to seasonal campaigns, product launches, and store initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the execution of visual merchandising strategies across retail stores, ensuring consistent brand presentation and high-quality in-store experience * Execute window displays, in-store animations, and promotional setups in line with global and regional marketing calendars * Maintain visual merchandising standards across all stores as per brand guidelines * Build strong relationships with store teams, including consultants and frontline staff, to ensure effective implementation and upkeep of displays * Guide and support store teams on VM best practices and display maintenance * Assist in preparing and sharing weekly reports with the VM Manager and regional teams, including store visit feedback, photographs, insights, and basic sales analysis * Work closely with the VM Manager to support the development and execution of visual materials * Coordinate with logistics teams for the dispatch and installation of merchandising elements and POS materials * Liaise with store managers to understand stock availability and assess the impact of merchandising on sales performance * Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to brand standards and identify areas of improvement * Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on market trends and best practices * Support visual merchandising execution for new product launches, campaigns, and store openings * Ensure proper installation and follow-up of merchandising guidelines across all stores * Maintain minimum merchandising standards for all launches and ongoing displays **What You’ll Need to Succeed** * Basic understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations * Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data * Good organizational and time management skills * Creative thinking with strong attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment **What the Group can Offer** With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
