Wellness & Fitness Manager (Women Only)

**Position Overview** We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly presentable **Wellness & Fitness Manager** to lead and elevate Blaura’s fitness and wellness offerings. This role requires a strong leader who can manage high-end client expectations, drive program innovation, oversee a team of instructors and therapists, and ensure an exceptional, luxury wellness experience. The ideal candidate comes from a **premium fitness, luxury wellness, or hospitality background** and has a passion for creating transformative wellness journeys. **Key Responsibilities1. Wellness & Fitness Operations** * Oversee daily operations of fitness studios, group classes, and wellness programs * Ensure seamless scheduling, class management, and utilization of space * Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service delivery **2. Program Development & Innovation** * Design and curate diverse fitness and wellness programs (yoga, Pilates, HIIT, prenatal/postnatal fitness, mindfulness sessions) * Introduce trending and globally relevant wellness concepts * Customize programs tailored for women across different life stages **3. Team Leadership & Management** * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers, instructors, and wellness professionals * Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and upskilling sessions * Foster a culture of excellence, discipline, and client-centricity **4. Client Experience & Engagement** * Deliver a personalized, high-touch experience for premium clientele * Build strong relationships with members and ensure retention * Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy **5. Business Growth & Revenue** * Drive memberships, packages, and wellness program sales * Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, events, and partnerships * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Blaura services **6. Collaboration & Integration** * Work closely with spa, salon, café, and kids’ zone teams for integrated offerings * Support events, workshops, and community-building initiatives * Align wellness offerings with Blaura’s overall brand vision **Key Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Fitness, Sports Science, Wellness, or related field (Certifications in Yoga/Pilates/Personal Training preferred) * **5–8+ years of experience** in luxury fitness, wellness centers, or premium hospitality brands * Proven experience managing teams and high-end clientele * Strong knowledge of fitness trends, women’s wellness, and holistic health * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills * Highly presentable with a refined, customer-first approach * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment **Preferred Profile** * Experience working in **boutique fitness studios, luxury wellness clubs, or 5-star hospitality brands** * Exposure to **prenatal/postnatal fitness or women-focused wellness programs** * Strong network within Dubai’s wellness and fitness community **What We Offer** * Opportunity to be part of a **premium, fast-growing wellness brand** * Collaborative and inspiring work environment * Career growth and leadership exposure * Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Job Type: Permanent Work Location: In person
