We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship across all our divisions, providing integrated solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients in the construction industry. **About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage our aluminum and glass workshop and oversee production and installation processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the UAE market and strong technical knowledge in façade systems. **Job Location:** RAS ALKHAMA **Job Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** Based on experience and qualifications **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review shop drawings for aluminum and glass works. * Perform quantity take-offs and material estimation. * Manage and supervise workshop operations and production processes. * Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper installation. * Monitor fabrication and installation progress to meet deadlines. * Ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements. * Liaise with engineers, consultants, and project managers as needed. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in aluminum and glass (façade) industry. * Previous work experience in the UAE * Strong knowledge of shop drawings, fabrication, and installation processes. * Ability to manage workshop teams and handle site coordination. * Good communication and problem-solving skills. **Preferred:** * Experience with curtain wall systems and façade works. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
