**We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Dubai office at TransPerfect.**
**Role Description**
As an **Account Manager**, you will be focusing on generating new business & serving as the first level of support to existing clients/accounts targeting the Travel industry and partly Retail/Real Estate. You will be a strong communicator, reliable, organized, and keen to kick-start your sales career. You will be ready to take responsibility and ownership of your clients and have a passion for driving new business opportunities and sales.
**What you will learn:**
* Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, sales staff and production colleagues worldwide.
* Respond to client requests for new project initiatives. Collaborate with various members of the production and sales teams to assess the scope of work and produce cost estimates.
* Assess the competitive landscape, develop project proposals, negotiate budgets and schedules with the client.
* Monitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets and ultimately produce high quality deliverables.
* Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs and company culture, educating the project team, identifying new business opportunities and providing a high level of service.
* Responsible for growing new business from existing clients, including working closely with senior leadership to expand current relationships and upsell the TransPerfect portfolio.
* Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy
* Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service
* Excellent written, verbal English communication skills
* Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and can-do attitude
* Effective time management
* Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales or Client Services
