1-1 Introduction & Scope
- •Welcome to "Iraqi Work Community", the leading professional platform. This legal agreement governs the relationship between the platform and all its users — individuals, companies, and institutions.
- •These terms apply to all platform services including: publishing CVs, posting job vacancies, employer candidate searches, direct messaging, and any features or services added in the future.
- •Accessing the platform for the first time or using any of its services — whether as a registered user or a visitor — constitutes an explicit, unambiguous acknowledgement of your absolute acceptance of all terms and conditions in this document. This acknowledgement is legally binding and effective from the moment of your first access.
1-2 Legal Eligibility Requirements for Individuals
- •Being at least 18 years of age at the time of registration — this is the minimum legal age adopted by the platform without exception.
- •Possessing full legal capacity and not being subject to any judicial ruling or administrative decision that restricts your ability to enter into electronic agreements.
- •Having a valid, active email address exclusively your own, not shared with any other person.
- •Entering all registration data accurately, truthfully, and in a verifiable manner.
- •Not being subject to an enforceable judicial ruling that prevents you from using digital services or professional platforms.
- •The platform reserves the absolute right to delete any account proven to belong to a minor without prior notice or any compensation obligation. The minor's guardian bears full responsibility for any activity originating from such an account.
1-3 Corporate & Institutional Registration Requirements
- •Providing an official authorization document certified by a recognized authority, proving the legal representative's eligibility to act on behalf of the entity and authority to enter into binding agreements.
- •Providing the platform with a copy of the current commercial registration or equivalent founding documents issued by the competent authority in the country of incorporation.
- •Declaring that the registering person legally represents the entity, and that the platform's obligations are binding on the entity itself, not the personal representative.
- •Full disclosure of the true identity of the ultimate beneficial owner if the platform requests it for identity verification and anti-money laundering purposes.
1-4 Amendments to the Agreement & Their Legal Effect
- •The platform reserves the full right to make any amendments, additions, or deletions to the provisions of this agreement at any time it deems appropriate.
- •A formal notice will be sent to users via their registered email or a prominent in-platform notification at least fifteen (15) business days before the amendment takes effect in ordinary circumstances.
- •In cases of urgent legal necessity (such as compliance with regulatory requirements or court orders), the platform may apply the amendment immediately upon notification without waiting for the standard notice period.
- •Your continued use of the platform after the notice period expires constitutes explicit, final, and irrevocable acceptance of the updated version of the agreement with all its amendments.
- •This document constitutes the complete, final, and exclusive agreement between the parties, and supersedes and cancels all prior agreements, oral, written, or electronic understandings.
