We are #HiringJob Title: Account Manager-NespressoLocation: BaghdadJob Summery: The Position is responsible for managing and developing relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering companies, and office clients. The role focuses on ensuring exceptional customer experience, maintaining long-term partnerships, coordinating service and operational support, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.Job Summery:Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.Oversee the end-to-end sales order process, from order placement to successful delivery.Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective post-sales support.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong long-term relationships.Coordinate maintenance and technical service requests for coffee machines, ensuring prompt issue resolution and minimal downtime.Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand sales of Nespresso products and services within existing accounts.Qualifications and Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2 years in HORECA channel.Language: Fluency in Arabic (English is a plus).Key Competencies:Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Customer-oriented mindset and service excellence.Market awareness and commercial acumen.Team collaboration and relationship management.Excellent time management and organizational skills.
