Accountant

**Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Finance Executive** to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end activities, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies. This role is best suited for someone with strong analytical skills and hands-on accounting experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoices and payments. * Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies. * Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation. * Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. * Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and management reports as required. * Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance-related matters and documentation. * Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls. * Support audit activities by preparing required financial documents and schedules. * Assist in improving accounting processes and maintaining proper filing systems. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. * CPA qualification is an advantage. * Minimum **2+ years** of relevant accounting or finance experience. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems). * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. * Immediate joiners will be given preference.
