Accountant

Job Title: Accountant Location: Ajman, UAE Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance department in ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities: * Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping * Prepare invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and journal entries * Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records * Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts * Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting * Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers * Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records * Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements * Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures * Use ERP systems for accounting transactions and reporting Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of accounting experience * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting * Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software * ERPNext experience will be an added advantage * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Male candidates preferred Salary: Negotaible for suitable candidates Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
