Accountant

A leading Liner Shipping and Freight Forwarding company is hiring a General Accountant. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the same industry. **Job Responsibilities:** * Handle accounts payable and receivable * Perform basic bookkeeping and maintain financial records * Assist in preparing financial reports and statements * Support month-end and year-end closing * Ensure accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field * Basic knowledge of accounting principles * Familiarity with accounting systems (Oracle is a plus) * Good MS Excel skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Arabic speaker preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
