**Accountant** **Island Tower Electromechanical Works LLC** **Job Description:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at Island Tower Electromechanical works LLC, a leading company in the Construction, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and District Cooling sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting, specifically within the construction or related industries. **Responsibilities:** * Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. * Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to management. * Conduct regular financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards. * Collaborate with project managers and department heads to track project costs, monitor budgets, and ensure financial goals are met. * Assist in the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors as necessary. * Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
