Accountant

Beacon Real Estate is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Accountant** to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in: **VAT Filing & Compliance** **Corporate Tax (CT) Return Filing & Compliance** **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle day-to-day accounting operations. * Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports. * Manage accounts payable and receivable. * VAT preparation, filing, reconciliation, and compliance. * Corporate Tax calculation, filing, and documentation. * Monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and financial analysis. * Assist in audits and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards. * Maintain accurate records and documentation. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Valid UAE driving license and ability to drive is preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: * Accounting: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
