Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our construction company. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the construction field and be capable of handling financial operations efficiently. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in **construction accounting required.** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting * Experience in **Wafeq** and **Tally** accounting software is mandatory * Knowledge of VAT regulations in the UAE * Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management tools * **Open for Arab Nationalities** * Male or Female candidates are welcome to apply * Candidates available for **immediate joining** will be preferred **Responsibilities:** * Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts * Prepare invoices, payment certificates, and follow up on receivables * Handle supplier payments and subcontractor accounts * Manage petty cash and site expenses * Prepare monthly financial reports and cost analysis * Assist in budgeting and forecasting for projects * Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations * Coordinate with project managers and procurement team for cost control **Salary & Benefits:** * Salary: AED 4500 – AED 5000 * Visa provided by the company * Telephone allowance provided * Other benefits as per UAE labor law **Location:** [Ajman Al Jurf 2 / UAE] Interested candidates may send their **CV to WhatsApp: 050 835 5352** Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
