JOB TITLE: Internal Auditor / Accountant Company: CAKE PALACE CAFE Location: Ajman / Sharjah, UAE Job Type: Full-Time / Hybrid Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 (Depending on experience and qualification) Job Overview: CAKE PALACE CAFE is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Internal Auditor / Accountant to monitor and verify the company’s financial and operational activities across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to independently verify transactions, stock movement, and payment records. This role is mainly hybrid/remote-based; however, the candidate must physically visit outlets weekly for audit and verification purposes. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct internal audits across company outlets * Verify daily sales, stock movements, and accounting entries * Reconcile cash, bank transfers, payment links, POS transactions, and online payments * Audit customized cake order records and manual order booklets * Verify invoices, vouchers, supplier bills, and expense records * Identify missing transactions, stock variances, or accounting discrepancies * Monitor and report any suspicious activities or operational leakages * Prepare monthly Profit & Loss reports, balance sheets, and reconciliation reports * Conduct random outlet inspections and stock verification * Coordinate with management regarding operational improvements and internal control systems Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Previous experience in accounting, auditing, or financial verification * Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles * Attention to detail and strong analytical skills * Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality * Experience in restaurant, café, bakery, or retail industry will be an advantage Work Structure: * Hybrid working model * Remote work for regular accounting tasks * Physical outlet visits required once or twice weekly based on operational requirements * Candidate will be responsible for visiting all company outlets for audit and verification purposes * Sundays will be off Benefits: * Free UAE Employment Visa (2 Years) * Flexible hybrid work structure * Career growth opportunities within the organization Interested candidates may apply with their updated CV.
